Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
3/4 cup olive oil
3 1/2 tbs. wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a glass bowl. Whisk until well blended. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until ready to use. The dressing will keep covered in the refrigerator about 10 days.
