Makes 2 1/3 cups
Ingredients
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove
2 tsp. sesame seeds
1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
Directions
Add the granulated sugar, white wine vinegar, soy sauce, chopped onion, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil and salt to the blender. Process until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender if needed to incorporate all the ingredients.
With the blender running, slowly add the vegetable oil. Process until well combined and smooth.
