Blue Cheese Dijon Vinaigrette


Makes 1 cup


Ingredients


1/4 cup water

3 tbs. vegetable oil

2 tbs. white wine vinegar

2 tbs. lemon juice

2 tsp. Dijon mustard

1 tsp. dried oregano

1/2 tsp. granulated sugar

1/2 tsp. black pepper

1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese


Directions


Add all the ingredients to a glass jar. Place the lid on the jar and shake until well combined. You will have to shake vigorously to combine the dressing.


Refrigerate the dressing until well chilled. Store the dressing in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
