Olive Oil Herb Vinaigrette


Makes about 1 1/2 cups


Ingredients


1/3 cup red wine vinegar

1 tsp. dry mustard

1 tsp. dried oregano

1 tsp. dried thyme

2 tsp. honey

1 cup olive oil


Directions


Add the red wine vinegar, dry mustard, oregano, thyme and honey to a food processor. Pulse 4 times. With the food processor running, slowly add the olive oil. Process until blended.
