Makes 1 2/3 cups
Ingredients
1/3 cup raspberry vinegar
1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam
1 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tbs. raspberry liquor
1 cup olive oil
Directions
Add the raspberry vinegar, jam, allspice, salt, black pepper and raspberry liquor to the blender. Process until smooth. With the blender running, slowly stream in the olive oil. Process until the dressing is smooth and combined.
