Ginger Vinaigrette


Makes about 2/3 cup


Ingredients


1 1/2" piece fresh ginger, peeled

1 garlic clove

2 tbs. rice wine vinegar

1 tbs. low sodium soy sauce

1 tbs. honey

1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

1/4 cup peanut oil

1/2 tsp. dark sesame oil


Directions


Add the ginger and garlic to the food processor. Pulse several times until the mixture is smooth. Add the rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, red pepper flakes and honey. Process until smooth.


Keep the food processor running and slowly add the peanut and sesame oil. Process until blended and smooth.


This dressing is great as a marinade for seafood.
