Makes about 2/3 cup
Ingredients
3 tbs. champagne vinegar
1 tbs. granulated sugar
2 tbs. chopped fresh sage
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbs. dark sesame oil
Directions
In a small bowl, add the champagne vinegar, granulated sugar, sage, salt and black pepper. Whisk until well combined. Whisk continually and slowly add the olive oil and sesame oil. Whisk until well combined. The granulated sugar should be dissolved.
