Mustard Seed Vinaigrette


Makes about 1/2 cup


Ingredients


3 tbs. olive oil

2 tbs. water

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard

1/4 tsp. crushed mustard seeds


Directions


Add all the ingredients to a glass jar. Place the lid on the jar and shake until well combined. Refrigerate the dressing until well chilled. Shake the dressing again before serving.
