Cranberry Jello Salad

2 small packages raspberry gelatin mix

2 cups boiling water

Dissolve gelatin mix in water but do NOT add any cold water

Stir in:

1 can whole cranberry sauce

1 large can crushed pineappleā€”juice and all

1 cup chopped pecans

After the gelatin sets up, spread the top with a mixture of cream cheese and sour cream, blended together till creamy. Serve atop leaves of iceberg lettuce, on the good china.
