Dear Reader,

I often get asked, “Why write romance novels?”

My answer is very simple. I believe that love is the greatest power on earth. I believe that good always triumphs over evil. I believe that there is strength in kindness. Despite the fact that some days it seems that my beliefs are wrong, I continue to write.

In A Colton Internal Affair, you will find a fabulous love story between an unlikely hero and heroine. Yet as I wrote this book and got to know both Grace Colton and Camden Kingsley, I realized that they are perfectly matched. They both have integrity and are driven to do the right thing—even if it means trying to deny their feelings for one another. As a writer, this has been one of the most satisfying romances I have written to date. I hope you love them as much as I do!

All of this is set in Grave Gulch, a town that’s on the edge. With a serial killer on the lam and the knowledge that a forensic scientist falsified evidence, the last thing anyone needs is another scandal. But that’s exactly what happens!

Whether you’ve read all the books in the Coltons of Grave Gulch series or this is the first title you’ve picked up, you’ll meet a family that has its fair share of excitement and intrigue. At the same time, they’re fiercely devoted to one another.

So, dear reader, sit back, relax and enjoy the time you’ve given to yourself to read this book. Because as a reader of romance novels, you and I know the truth. Everyone deserves their very own happily-ever-after.

Regards,

Jennifer D. Bokal
