ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Jennifer DeCurtins left a six-year career in marketing and advertising in 2011 to pursue yoga, fitness, and writing full-time. She is a registered yoga teacher, NASM certified personal trainer, certified group exercise instructor, CrossFit coach, blogger, and published author. Jennifer is the creator of the popular healthy lifestyle blog Peanut Butter Runner where she shares daily updates about food, fitness, and yoga. She’s the author of the core training book Ultimate Plank Fitness: 101 Plank Exercises for a Strong Core, Killer Abs…and a Killer Body.

Jennifer’s yoga practice of choice is vinyasa flow and Ashtanga, and she especially enjoys incorporating back bends, arm balances, and inversions into her practice and classes. She teaches hot power yoga classes in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she lives with her fiance and two golden retrievers.
