In writing these healthy dessert recipes I have tapped the old favourites on the shoulder so they can be rediscovered through a healthier lens. There is plenty of sugar in fruit and yoghurt is kinder to the waistline than cream. Jelly has been enchanting kids for generations and is still lots of fun without our overused friend, sugar. Even if you follow a sugar-, wheat- or dairy-free diet, there is no reason why you should go without dessert!
