⅛th of recipe (about ¼ cup): 25 calories, 0g total fat (0g sat fat), 108mg sodium, 5.5g carbs, 1g fiber, 2g sugars, 1g protein

You’ll Need: medium-large sealable container

Prep: 15 minutes

½ cup chopped mango

½ cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed

⅓ cup seeded and chopped tomatoes

¼ cup finely chopped red onion

¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper

1 tablespoon seeded and chopped jalapeño pepper

1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

2 teaspoons lime juice

¼ teaspoon salt

⅛ teaspoon black pepper

⅛ teaspoon ground cumin

1. In a medium-large sealable container, combine all ingredients. Mix until uniform.

2. Seal, and refrigerate until ready to use.
