You’ll Need: large microwave-safe mug, nonstick spray

2 tablespoons whole-wheat flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 packets natural no-calorie sweetener
¼ teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tablespoons egg whites (about 1 large egg’s worth)
2 tablespoons fat-free plain Greek yogurt
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons mini (or chopped) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Spray a large microwave-safe mug with nonstick spray. Add flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and baking powder. Mix well.
2. Add all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. Stir until uniform.
3. Fold in chocolate chips.
4. Microwave for 2½ minutes, or until set.
5. Immediately run a knife along the edges to help separate the cake from the mug.
6. Gently shake mug to release cake, and plate, right side up.
7. Let cool completely, about 15 minutes.
