These fruit-filled bars are perfect for potluck parties. They’re delicious and impressive but so easy to make!

You’ll Need: 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan, nonstick spray, 2 large bowls

DOUGH
1½ cups old-fashioned oats
¾ cup whole-wheat flour
⅓ cup whipped butter
¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons Truvia spoonable no-calorie sweetener (or another natural brand about twice as sweet as sugar)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
FILLING
2 tablespoons Truvia spoonable no-calorie sweetener (or another natural brand about twice as sweet as sugar)
1½ tablespoons arrowroot powder
4½ cups raspberries (fresh or thawed from frozen with no sugar added)
⅛ teaspoon salt
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
2. Combine dough ingredients in a large bowl. Mash and stir until uniform and crumbly.
3. Spread three-quarters of the dough (about 2½ cups) into the baking pan, pressing firmly into an even layer.
4. To make the filling, in a second large bowl, mix sweetener with arrowroot powder. Add raspberries and salt, and stir to coat.
5. Evenly pour filling over the dough in the pan. Break remaining dough into pieces, and sprinkle over the filling.
6. Bake until topping is golden brown and filling is bubbly, 25 to 30 minutes.
7. Let cool completely, about 1 hour.
