You’ll Need: medium sealable container
Prep: 5 minutes
½ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
¼ teaspoon each salt and black pepper
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
1. In a medium sealable container, combine all ingredients except blue cheese. Mix well.
2. Mash and stir blue cheese into the mixture. Seal, and refrigerate until ready to use.
