Ancient Greeks called the carrot a philtron, which means “love charm.” Maybe that’s why I’m nose-over-toes IN LOVE with these carrot fries!

HG Fry FYIs

•   If consuming HG fries the day after they’re made, reheat them in a toaster oven for crispiest and best results.

•   Some of these recipes feature a crispy coating made with whole-wheat panko breadcrumbs. You can find these crumbs at select supermarkets, most natural-food stores, and online. If you can’t get your hands on the whole-wheat ones, standard panko breadcrumbs are your next best bet.
