After a long day of doing chores on the farm, my husband and I have quite the appetite. My hot, creamy ham and noodle dish really hits the spot.

TOP TIP
The next time you cook a ham, cut up the leftovers into cubes and freeze them in separate freezer bags. Add the meat whenever you cook scrambled eggs, potato soup, jambalaya, macaroni and cheese and other casseroles.
