Be strong for those who can’t be, and be a voice for those who need it.
If you see someone being mistreated, whether it’s at work, school or in your social group, speak up, let them know they aren’t alone, or tell someone who can help. Irish statesman Edmund Burke’s sentiment still rings true – when good people do nothing, evil triumphs. Don’t do nothing.
