BERRY PINEAPPLE


2 handfuls fresh spinach leaves

1 handful fresh kale leaves

2 cups water

2 cups frozen mixed berries

2 cups frozen peach slices

1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

2 packets stevia

2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds

Optional: 1 scoop of protein powder

Place the leafy greens and water into the blender and blend until the mixture is a juice-like consistency. Stop the blender and add the berries, peaches, pineapple, stevia, flaxseeds, and protein powder (if using). Blend until creamy.
