BERRY GRAPE


3 handfuls fresh spinach leaves

11/2 cups water

1 cup fresh or frozen seedless grapes

2 cups frozen blueberries

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds

Optional: 1 scoop protein powder

Place the spinach and water into the blender and blend until the mixture is a juice-like consistency. Stop the blender and add the grapes, blueberries, pineapple, flaxseeds, and protein powder (if using). Blend until creamy.
