Combine apples with pumpkin and sprinkle in the right seasonings and you have this delicious breakfast smoothie. Makes 2 servings.
What You’ll Need:
2 containers of yogurt (6 oz. each, vanilla)
1 banana (peeled, frozen, chopped)
2 cups of apple juice
1/2 cup of pumpkin pie filling
1/4 cup of ice
1 teaspoon of cinnamon (ground)
Nutmeg (ground)
How to Make It:
Combine the 2 containers of yogurt (6 oz. each, vanilla), 1 banana (peeled, frozen, chopped), 2 cups of apple juice, 1/2 cup of pumpkin pie filling, 1/4 cup of ice, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (ground), and a couple of dashes of ground nutmeg in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
