WALTER D. MORRIS (1929–2001) was a translator and professor of German literature at Iowa State University.
LAWRENCE RAINEY (1954–2020) was a professor of English at the University of York from 1998 to 2019. He was the author of Ezra Pound and the Monument of Culture: Text, History, and the Malatesta Cantos, among other books, a translator and editor of Futurism: An Anthology, and a founding editor of Modernism/modernity.
