150 g (5 oz) broccoli, into forets
2 dessert apples, cored and quartered
150 g (5 oz) spinach

Juice the broccoli, apples and spinach in a juicer or blender, alternating the spinach with the broccoli and apple so that the machine does not get clogged up broken with the leaves.
Mix with a couple of ice cubes before serving, to dilute slightly, as this juice is very sweet.
For broccoli & express, juice the broccoli and dessert apples, then stir in 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.Serve with ice.
