1 orange
50 g (2 oz) cucumber
100 ml (3½ fl oz) cranberryjuice
ice cubes
Peel the orange, leaving on as much pith as possible.Using a juicer or blender, juice the orange and cucumber until smooth.
Mix the orange and cucumber juice with the cranberry juice, then pour into a tall glass over ice. Serve with cucumber stick stirrers. juice
For strawberry rehydrator, omit the cucumber and juice the orange with 250 g (8 oz) fresh strawberries. Mix with the cranberry juice and 1 teaspoon clear honey, blending or stirring until the honey has dissolved.
