mind bath

Serves 1

Preparation time 5 minutes until smooth.

100 g (3½ oz) l ettuce, leaves torn or roughly chopped

½ lemon, peeled

100 ml (3½ fl oz) chilled camomile tea

ice cubes

Juice the lettuce and lemon using a juicer or blender

Mix with the chilled camomile tea until well combined. Serve in a glass over ice.

For pear & ginger mind bath, omit the lettuce and juice 2 cored and quartered dessert pears and a 1.5 cm (½ inch) piece of peeled fresh root ginger until smooth. Mix with the chilled camomile tea.
