PECAN-MAPLE SHAKE

This creamy shake delivers powerhouse flavor. It is so rich, you almost need to eat it with a spoon!

1 banana

1½ tablespoons coarsely chopped pecans

2 tablespoons instant oatmeal

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

2 tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined. Add 2 or 3 ice cubes to the blender with the other ingredients.
