If you have smoothie left over, I don’t recommend refrigerating what remains, because the ingredients of the smoothie will separate and the drink loses its thickness and becomes more liquid. Instead, put the leftover smoothie in an airtight container and freeze it. You can thaw the smoothie overnight and simply reblend with additional fruit, if you would like, and have no prep time for your morning meal.

Talk about comfort food! A sip of this smoothie will be a nostalgic reminder of your childhood—those peanut butter and jelly sandwich days. Given that peanuts are higher in fat than most nut options, we are substituting with almonds. While the flavor profile of these nuts is quite different, this smoothie certainly satisfies that sweet and savory tooth.
¼ cup natural unsweetened almond butter
¼ cup frozen raspberries
¼ cup frozen blueberries
⅔ cup frozen strawberries
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 banana
1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until well mixed. Pour into glasses and share.
