Big Red Juice is sweet and refreshing, with a little bite from the ginger. And the color is extraordinary!

2 cups cubed seeded watermelon

1 beet, quartered

1 carrot

1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger

Run all the ingredients through a juicer.

If you do not have a juicer, combine all the ingredients with ΒΌ cup water in a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or a colander lined with cheesecloth to get the pure juice, and discard the pulp.
