I’m wild about Thai food, because the flavors are very bold. Thai food melds opposites very successfully. Fiery curry paste is paired with cooling coconut milk, musky fish sauce with sharp lime. It’s an exciting cuisine that dances on your taste buds.
4 tablespoons dried mint
2 tablespoons fresh lime zest
4 teaspoons ground white pepper
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 teaspoons fresh lemongrass, minced
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon cayenne powder
1 tablespoon dried cilantro
1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
Mix together all the ingredients. Store in the freezer in an airtight container.
