Before We Start . . . The Pretty Intense Fit Test
Well, let’s get started! I have created a fitness test for you to complete beforehand and then again at the end of the program. This will help you recognize how far you will have come over the next 12 weeks from a performance standpoint. Remember to record your time, and you’ll marvel at how dramatically it drops. Good luck!

FIT TEST—for time:
NOTE: Most people will need between 30 and 60 minutes to complete this test. As you get fitter, your time will quickly drop below half an hour. Most of the folks who completed the program got their times down below 20 minutes total.
