Super-Duper Green Smoothie Bowl

SERVES 1

½ frozen banana

½ cup frozen cauliflower

2 big handfuls fresh spinach

1 teaspoon chlorella

1 teaspoon honey

1 tablespoon cashew butter

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

½ cup dragon fruit

¼ cup papaya

2 tablespoons Maple Syrup Coconut Flakes (see here)

Combine the banana, cauliflower, spinach, chlorella, honey, and cashew butter in a blender. Start the blender and add water slowly until you reach the desired thickness. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with the hemp seeds, dragon fruit, papaya, and coconut flakes. Banana, mulberries, or a grain-free/gluten-free granola would also go well on top.
