Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette

SERVES 6 TO 8

¼ cup olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

¼ teaspoon sea salt

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic glaze, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl, or combine in a mason jar, seal, and shake. Will keep in the fridge for months.
