FAVAS WITH SEA SALT & OLIVE OIL

MAKES ABOUT 1 CUP

I LOVE TO SNACK ON THESE on a warm summer day with a glass of cold rosé.

In a small bowl, toss together 1 cup blanched, peeled, and rinsed fava beans with a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of sea salt, and some very thinly sliced fresh basil.
