GINGER TEA

WHENEVER ANYONE’S not feeling great in our house, we make them a little ginger tea and watch it work its soothing magic. This is a good way to use fresh ginger scraps.

Put about 8 thin slices of peeled ginger in a teapot. Cover with 3 cups of boiling water, then let steep for about 5 minutes. Serve with honey.
