Guava Casserole

Awesome! Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

•        1 package phyllo dough

•        1 cup guava paste

•        1 (8 oz.) block of cream cheese

•        3 egg whites for egg wash

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F and prepare 9x9 or 8x8 pan.

Mix together paste and cream cheese.

Lay 2-4 pieces of dough in bottom of pan.

Top with even layer of Guava and cream cheese mixture.

Repeat.

Brush top pastry layers with egg wash.

Bake 30 minutes.
