Spicy Tofu & Mushroom Casserole

Too hot? Try paprika! Makes 2 servings.
Ingredients:
        ½ block firm, silken tofu
        1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
        1 teaspoon ground ginger
        ½ cup worth edamame
        2 stalks bok choy, chopped
        1 teaspoon ground turmeric or paprika
        ¼ tsp five spice powder
        1/3 tsp oregano
        1/4 tsp rosemary
        1/3 cups garbanzo beans, washed and drained
        2-3 cups vegetable stock
Directions:
In pot, combine tofu, mushrooms, ginger, edamame, bok choy, turmeric, five spice powder, oregano, rosemary, beans, stock.
Cook on high 5 minutes.
