Vegetarian Greek Pizza
Excellent for brunch! Makes 1 pizza.
Ingredients:

1 crushed cauliflower pizza crust or 3-4 cups cauliflower rice
•
½ teaspoon Greek seasoning
•
½ tsp garlic, minced
•
¼ tsp onion grated or minced
•
2 tbsp diced black olives
•
1 red pepper, chopped- stems and seed removed
•
1 cup shredded feta
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F and prepare 9x9 dish.
Place broken crust or rice in bottom of dish.
Mix together, add red pepper pieces, Italian seasoning, grated or
minced onion, minced garlic, minced black olives.
Spread sauce on cauliflower crust and top with shredded cheese.
