Rice Noodle Bake
Try various noodles! Makes 2 servings.
Ingredients:
•
1 tbsp olive oil
•
¼ tsp chili oil or paste
•
1/3 tsp turmeric
•
1/3 tsp ground ginger
•
½ tbsp thyme
•
1 diced scallion
•
1/2 cup ground beef crumble
•
1/2 cup broken rice noodles
•
1/3 cup julienned green chili pepper
•
½ cup worth seaweed
•
½ cup water or veg. stock
Directions:
Mix olive oil, vinegar, and diced scallions.
Cover and chill at least ten minutes in fridge.
In pot, combine browned ground beef, kale, spirals, red bell pepper, stock.
Cook on high pressure 7 minutes.
