Weights & Measures

All recipes have been tested using metric weights and measures, and a standard non-convection oven.


1 teaspoon = 5 ml, 1 tablespoon = 15 ml. Spoons are measured level.


If you prefer to use imperial weights and measures, you can use the following table as a guide. However, note that conversions suggested here are not exact equivalents, and that metric and imperial measurements should not be used together in the same recipe.
