Serves 4 to 6
1-1/2 lbs. cooked ham, cubed
3 14-1/2 oz. cans green beans, drained and liquid reserved from one can
4 16-oz. cans whole new potatoes, drained and liquid reserved from one can
salt and pepper to taste
Combine ham, beans, potatoes and reserved liquid in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 7 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Jump-start tomorrow’s dinner! Chop and assemble ingredients tonight, refrigerating meat and veggies in separate containers. In the morning, toss everything in the slow cooker...you’re set to go!
