Makes 8 servings
32-oz. pkg. frozen diced potatoes
10-3/4 oz. can cream of potato soup
10-3/4 oz. can cream of celery soup
1 to 2 c. cooked ham, cubed
8-oz. container sour cream
2 green onions, chopped
1 c. milk
salt & pepper to taste
10-oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
Combine all ingredients except cheese until well blended. Add half the cheese; stir well and spoon into a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for one hour. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before vserving.
