When I think of chicken, I think of 13 ladies. Adriana, my best friend and maid of honor, planned an epic trip to the middle of nowhere, Canada. We went glamping. Somehow a beach met a vineyard met the woods and out came Fronterra. There was delicious wine, friendly livestock, warm water, and comfortable cuisine and beds. This was the most spectacular place to spend the weekend celebrating my soon-to-be wedding. I loved being there with ladies who—for four days—showered in lake water, outdoor Canadian water, and never unzipped their makeup bags.
