I eat very well, and because of my job, I eat a lot, especially at dinner, which is why the majority of these recipes verge on the healthy, feel-good side, as opposed to the overly decadent, rich side; so, you’ll notice a fair amount of produce in these recipes (besides pumpkin), as well as the use of whole grains, alternative proteins, and healthy fats.
