Finally, after the drinks and apps and preparations, it’s time to set the table for dinner. I eat very well, and because of my job, I eat a lot, especially at dinner, which is why the majority of these recipes verge on the healthy, feel-good side, as opposed to the overly decadent, rich side; so, you’ll notice a fair amount of produce in these recipes (besides pumpkin), as well as the use of whole grains, alternative proteins, and healthy fats. Cooking with whole foods is something more of us are warming up to, and a way I’ve enjoyed cooking and eating since my early twenties. Saying this, I assure you these feel-good recipes will make your taste buds feel good, too—in fact, I promise you.
