Ingredients

5 pounds fresh mussels

300ml dry white wine

½ cup chopped shallots

1 tbsp garlic minced

¼ cup chopped parsley

¼ cup butter

1 tsp black pepper
Method
Wash the mussels again and again until it is clean
Add the butter to a pan, sauté the shallots and garlic until translucent
Add the mussels, sprinkle black pepper, and pour the wine. Add more if you want
Cover it to cook
Skim the mussel to a dish and throw away any unopened one
Pour the sauce over it and enjoy
