14. Cook lobster like a Julia
Cooking a whole lobster is not for faint-hearted ones. However, these herby broiled lobster tails are just yummy.

Method
Take the lobster tails, use shear scissors to cut straight down the middle
Using your hands, pry open the shell and bring out the lobster meat from the lower shell without pulling it off the tails
Devein the lobster and set aside
Add the remaining ingredient to a saucepan and heat a bit
Brush over the lobster meat and place under a broiler
Baste at intervals until translucent and plump
Serve
