18. The Perfect Fried Egg
Julie did well in the culinary school, and now she flips the perfect fried eggs.

2 eggs

1/8 salt

1/8 black pepper

1 tsp oil
Method
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper
Add the oil to a non-stick hot pan
Pour the beaten egg and shake vigorously to prevent it from sticking but to also allow for an easy flip
Flip and cook the other side
Serve
