24. Garlicky Buttery French Runner Beans

There is always a veggie dish on a French dinner table, and runner beans make for the perfect crunch and flavor to any main courses.
Cook time 15 minutes

Method
Cut off the ends of the runner bean and rinse in cold water
Melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onions and garlic with pepper
Add the beans and cook on low heat until glistering but cooked about 8 minutes
Serve with a sprinkle of cheese
