26. Julia Sole Meuniere

This beautiful fish dish is super delicate and delicious too. It is also easy to make, and apparently, Julia ate the dish when she came to France the first.
Cook time 10 minutes
Serves 2
Ingredients
Method
Season the fillets and dredge in a mix of the flour and cornflour
Shake off any excess and in a pan with hot ghee melting and almost smoky, add the fillets
Cook 2 minutes or each side or as desired
Remove and set aside
Melt the butter in another pan, brown it, then add the parsley and capers
And pour over the fish
Serve
