Easy Fried Cheese

There is just something special about fried cheese, and this recipe is extra special. With this recipe, you get all of the crunch with a little bit of a kick at the end. Though there are a ton of fried cheese recipes out there, this is the only one you will ever need.
Ingredients:
1-1/2 pounds firm cheese, cut into sticks about one inch wide (1 x 1 x 2-1/2) and chilled
3 cups flour for coating the cheese
1 teaspoon ancho chili powder
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon water
4 cups crushed corn flakes
Instructions:
1.      Start by beating your eggs in a shallow bowl, then mix in the water.
2.      In another bowl, mix together your flour and chili powder; put the corn flakes in a third bowl.
3.      Roll your cheese sticks in the flour mix, dip them in the egg mix, and finally coat them in the corn flakes.
4.      Cook in your Philips air fryer for 8-10 minutes at 360 degrees shaking half way through.
